Plan Forward Detroit

Protecting Detroit’s Legacy. One Family at a Time.

Life and Legacy Planning

Plan Forward Detroit provides free Life & Legacy Planning Workshops for individuals and families - at any stage of their life - to learn about estate planning. You'll learn how to use legal tools like a Last Will and Testament or Powers of Attorney so you can safeguard your home, make your wishes known during an emergency, and protect what matters most.

Whether you’re managing a home, raising a family, or planning for your future – our team of legal experts will teach you how to prepare your finances for the unexpected.

Workshops are free, easy to sign up for and available across Detroit. After attending the workshop, qualifying Detroit homeowners will work one-on-one with an attorney to create life & legacy documents at no cost.
